New Cybersecurity Act No. 264/2025 Coll. (ZoKB) expands the number of regulated entities and the scope of their obligations. It concerns 18 sectors and entities providing any of the 60 defined services.
The new legislation places increased demands on the top management of regulated entities and their obligations to ensure processes without which a functional information security management system (ISMS) cannot be implemented and operated.
Using model cases, we will explain to you how to proceed in accordance with the new legislation so that your actions are also defensible to the National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB).
