New Cybersecurity Act No. 264/2025 Coll. (ZoKB) expands the number of regulated entities and the scope of their obligations. It concerns 18 sectors and entities providing any of the 60 defined services.
It is estimated that the new law will be binding on more than 6,000 entities, with its impacts expected to be particularly significant for industrial companies using industrial control systems (ICS).
We will introduce you to real and practical experiences from the perspective of small, medium and large organizations. We will show you real situations and possible penetrations into ICS technologies. We will explain the differences in approach between information technology and the field of ICS technologies. We will guide you to what is really important and how to proceed so "that it is of some use to you".
